Difficult, but possible. How is shown in our current study, using the example of the mineral water sector. With roughly 200 mineral springs, the German water market is not exactly gigantic, especially when taking into account that turnovers of more than 20 million Euros are achieved by no more than roughly 40 spring operating companies. It is exactly this relative consistency and clear arrangement that prompted us to investigate which strategies separate the successful companies from the less successful ones.
