Vita

After studying business administration at the University of Cologne and gaining many years of experience in (large) corporate client business and at a leading auditing firm, I joined Struktur Management Partner in 2019. In addition to the special corporate culture at SMP, a key reason for the move was the opportunity to actively shape the future of companies in the German upper midmarket in turnaround and transformation management. In addition to being responsible for designing turnaround and transformation programmes, I have since been supporting our clients in the necessary finance transformation in phases of upheaval, if necessary by taking over a management position in the finance department on an interim basis.
