    At our company, performance is what matters. That's why our employees are promoted to Project Manager on average after 3 years and to Senior Manager after 6-7 years. Incidentally, almost all of our partners started with us as interns or consultants. At SMP, promotion is based on performance, not a predetermined plan – no "up or out" mentality.

    This is a matter of mindset for us.

    That's why Struktur Management Partner has been committed to social projects for over 25 years. In recent years, we have supported initiatives in the areas of emergency medical care, hunger and disaster relief, and especially aid for needy and seriously ill children, with nearly half a million euros. Regarding sustainability, we commissioned a carbon footprint analysis for our company. Based on this analysis, we offset our CO2 emissions and have been completely climate-neutral since 2019.
