“Being effective when it’s serious. Or meant seriously.” – That is my aspiration, and the environment in which I have been active since 2013.
I got to know Struktur Management Partner while still a student. The holistic approach, the exciting activities, the team spirit, and the opportunity to make a real contribution all convinced me. In the last few years, I have been able to pass through all the development stages at SMP and play a decisive role in shaping the success of our clients’ projects. I have been deployed as a Principal since 2023. My personal focus is on the closely interwoven areas of organisational design and change. I am convinced that working on the framework conditions, on the system, is far more likely to bring success than working on people. I am also absolutely convinced of the value of goal-oriented, honest interaction with people, with the managers and employees of our clients. As an experienced facilitator, I guide our clients towards effective transformation, and am delighted to do so using memorable visualisation and, as a certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, LEGO® if desired.
