"Daniel Kahneman has demystified 'homo economicus'"
Psychologist Daniel Kahneman has redefined the interface between psychology and economics. His work has demystified the concept of “homo economicus,” who always thinks and decides rationally, and replaced it with “real people.” For this, Kahneman received the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2002. His seminal work, Thinking, Fast and Slow, contains many useful tips for managing corporate transformation projects.
In this podcast, we apply Kahneman's insights specifically to real transformation management in companies. When is it better to act intuitively, and when is it better to think “slowly” and change your perspective?
Transformation experts Tobias Seybold and Janis Steinfort provide many tips on how to consciously think “slowly” – for example, in meetings – and thus avoid the traps set by our subconscious.
