I have been with Struktur Management Partner since 2018 and am now responsible as a principal for transformation and turnaround projects in German SMEs. I carry out analysis and implementation programs in complex corporate situations and support management and shareholders in the sustainable stabilization and realignment of their companies.
My focus is on the operational implementation of turnaround and transformation concepts as well as effective profit improvement programs. I take responsibility for project teams and manage challenging stakeholder landscapes in critical corporate phases.
In addition, I am responsible for the Construction Industry Center, a content platform for pooling industry expertise and further developing consulting services for companies in the construction industry. I am also involved in recruiting and the further development of professional skills at SMP.
